Corporate Finance & IR Global Director

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group's financial communication strategy in alignment with corporate vision
• Coordinate all financial publications, including quarterly/annual results, sensitive communications, and activity reports
• Develop key messaging for markets, institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies
• Organize and lead Investor Days, roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings
• Manage the Treasury team, overseeing daily cash management, internal/external flows, and FX/interest rate hedging
• Oversee financial structuring, including future refinancing cycles and optimal capital structure strategy
• Lead and develop the Treasury and Financial Communication teams through recruitment and performance management
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards (AMF, ESMA, IFRS)

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, specifically regarding equity and debt
• Expertise in financial communication mechanisms, including guidance and regulatory reporting
• Strong financial modeling, projection, and scenario analysis skills
• Proven experience working in high-growth, international environments
• Ability to interpret complex financial and operational performance data

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest or existing knowledge in Cloud, Data, and AI market trends
• Experience managing complex refinancing cycles and financial covenants
