Corporate Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client materials
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses
• Gain experience in financial modelling and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Work as part of a project team on live transactions within the consumer and healthcare sectors

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Currently in your penultimate or final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, or a recent graduate
• Degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
• Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or a related financial field
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in the Consumer and Healthcare sectors
• International experience
• Additional language skills
