Corporate Finance (Industrials) Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client materials
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Work as part of a project team on live transactions within the Industrials sector

Requirements

• Penultimate or final year student of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance
• Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or a related field
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in or a strong interest in the Industrials sector
• International experience
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
