Corporate Finance Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop subsidiary financing solutions to ensure optimal liquidity and long-term financial stability.
• Shape the capital structure of subsidiaries and prepare dividend proposals.
• Support business activities by structuring parent company guarantees and other financial commitments.
• Act as a Treasury advisor in M&A transactions, covering deal financing, support mechanisms, and payment flows.
• Draft and negotiate subsidiary financing agreements and review M&A transaction documents.
• Manage post-transaction integration processes, including financial restructuring and Treasury integration.
• Cooperate closely with subsidiary CFOs, M&A teams, Legal, and other Finance departments.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, M&A, or funding.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and Treasury operations.
• M&A knowledge and familiarity with related documentation is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently on complex topics.
