About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of strategic financial reporting and conduct ongoing financial forecasting to provide visibility into company performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational data across all brands to explain variance drivers and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Support corporate development initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and partnerships through modeling and negotiation support.
  • Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating across all departments.
  • Execute high-priority strategic projects, including analysis of new business lines, markets, and products.
  • Develop sophisticated dashboards and performance tracking for marketing, finance, operations, and development KPIs.
  • Summarize analytical results clearly to inform resource allocation and key executive decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or strategic finance/corporate development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with extensive experience building complex financial models and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to deliver results-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and work effectively with limited data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a startup or a new business environment.
  • Innate curiosity regarding market trends, home brands, and AI technology.
