About the Company

Altarea is both a developer and a real estate company, present across the entire real estate value chain. The Group operates as an asset manager and investor, managing a portfolio of 44 retail assets and a real estate debt fund representing 5 billion euros in assets under management, while also developing various asset classes including residential, office, logistics, and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and business valuation
• Conduct sector analysis including trends and competition
• Perform strategic reviews and research potential targets and acquirers
• Draft investment dossiers
• Actively participate in the execution of operations

Requirements

• Student in final year or second year of gap year from a top Business or Engineering school, or Master 2 in Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering
• Previous internship experience in finance (investment banking, private equity, audit, or corporate finance) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Analytical rigor and synthesis skills with attention to detail
• Mastery of basic financial techniques (financial statements, financial analysis fundamentals, valuation methods)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus
• Perfect fluency in French and English (written and oral)
