Corporate Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the national corporate events program.
• Deliver high-profile executive events and conferences that strengthen reputation and stakeholder relationships.
• Partner with senior leaders, including the Managing Director's Office and Executive Leadership Team, to align events with organisational priorities.
• Lead a high-performing team while managing budgets, suppliers, and event delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through strategic planning, stakeholder feedback, and post-event evaluation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering high-profile corporate events, executive forums, or national conferences within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end event management, including strategy, budgets, production, logistics, procurement, and evaluation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and build relationships with government and industry partners.
• Strong leadership experience and commercial acumen, including managing teams and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent judgement, communication, and political awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within government, media, higher education, professional services, or other highly regulated environments.
