Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A processes from origination through close, including target identification, financial modeling, and due diligence coordination.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Manage investor relations workflows, including maintaining the investor CRM and preparing executive briefing materials.
• Draft investor-facing materials, board presentations, and internal investment memos.
• Support pre-IPO capital markets readiness, including cap table management and investor allocation strategy.
• Build internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve the efficiency of corporate development and IR operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of running deal processes end-to-end, including M&A execution and transaction structuring.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including comfort with complex deal structures and multi-scenario analysis.
• Experience in or meaningful exposure to investor relations or capital markets strategy.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to design AI-assisted workflows or build internal tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA.
• Familiarity with deep-tech business models, such as autonomy, robotics, simulation, or defense.
