Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A processes from origination through close, including target identification, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Manage investor relations workflows, including CRM maintenance and preparing executive briefing materials
• Draft investor-facing materials, board presentations, and internal investment memos
• Serve as a key point of contact for external advisors including legal counsel and bankers
• Support pre-IPO capital markets readiness and cap table management
• Build internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Proven track record of running end-to-end M&A deal processes
• Strong financial modeling skills including complex deal structures and JV economics
• Experience in investor relations or capital markets strategy
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including building internal tools or AI-assisted workflows
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to operate across international and cross-border deal contexts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with deep-tech business models (autonomy, robotics, simulation, defense)
• MBA
