Corporate Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of investor materials and strategic presentations
• Conduct market analysis and trend studies
• Support short- and long-term strategic planning
• Assist in analyzing investment opportunities and new business ventures
• Participate in M&A processes including research, initial evaluation, and benchmarking

Requirements

• Ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Interest in strategy, investments, and business
• Analytical mindset with good communication, proactivity, and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and finance
• Basic English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
