Corporate Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Support relationship executives with corporate credit authorization processes, including credit studies and documentation.
• Provide necessary information to specialized bank areas for the preparation of opinions and reports.
• Assist in meeting committee-established conditions and managing the unlocking of credit lines.
• Monitor and control the expiration and renewal dates of credit lines within the portfolio.
• Manage physical and digital client files in compliance with institutional regulations and custody requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding upcoming contractual obligations and reminders.
• Update reports and formats to ensure proper monitoring of the corporate portfolio.
• Record daily activities and client interactions within the bank's designated platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (entry-level experience).
• Knowledge of financial analysis.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in developing a career within the commercial banking sector.
