Corporate Development Director

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee the strategic opportunity pipeline, including RFPs, proposals, and contract strategy
• Partner with executive leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities and integrated solutions
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic planning

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate development or strategic growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of commercial construction, facility management, and real estate
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and support executive decision-making
• Strong relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders
