Corporate Development Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of acquisition valuation, term sheet preparation, and due diligence
• Perform complex financial modeling and detailed analyses
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates through industry and company research
• Prepare high-level presentations for Global Payments management and the Board of Directors
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and external parties, including investment bankers and private equity firms
• Work collaboratively on fast-moving deal teams alongside junior and senior team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial modeling and complex financial analyses
• Expertise in acquisition valuation and due diligence processes
• Experience in term sheet preparation and assisting with negotiations
• Strong skills in industry and company research
• Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external financial partners
