Corporate Development Dining and High Net Worth Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and execute key strategic partnerships within the Dining and High Net Worth segments to drive business results.
• Develop partnership strategies in collaboration with lines of business, including opportunity sourcing and recommendation making.
• Structure partner proposals covering vision, partnership economics, and product integration.
• Work with finance and legal teams to develop financial business cases, deal constructs, and contractual terms such as SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial sourcing and negotiation through to launch and post-deal performance management.
• Monitor the external competitive environment to identify new partnership opportunities and socialize implications with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in partnership management, strategy, or deal execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex financial models in Excel and interpret financial statements.
• Proven experience formulating business strategies, structuring problems, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to ambiguous or fast-paced environments.

• Deep industry expertise and knowledge of evolving trends within the dining or high net worth sectors.
