Founded in 2015, the company offers expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own integrated financial models including three-statement models, P&L forecasts, and contract/backlog waterfalls
  • Support M&A from diligence through close, including target modeling, valuation, and returns analysis
  • Run post-close integration, including carve-out support and folding acquired financials into reporting
  • Tie forecasts to signed backlog, bookings, and the annual operating plan
  • Produce investor and lender deliverables on tight timelines
  • Reconstruct and reconcile financial positions such as receivables, payables, and working capital
  • Stand up repeatable model and diligence packages for future transactions
  • Manage due diligence and integration workstreams across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, strategic finance, or FP&A
  • Strong financial modeling skills (three-statement models, forecasting, valuation, scenario analysis)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and working capital
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) for ITAR compliance
  • Ability to work onsite in McKinney, Texas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in M&A, corporate development, or financial due diligence
  • Experience within aerospace, defense, government contracting, or complex manufacturing
  • Familiarity with government contract accounting (cost-plus, T&M, fixed-price, indirect rates)
  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced business/finance credentials
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
