Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, including equipment procurement, master service agreements, product sales, and licensing agreements
• Serve as a strategic legal partner and day-to-day advisor to procurement, engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms with vendors, OEMs, contractors, and engineering partners
• Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance regarding supply chain, construction, and infrastructure projects
• Support the development of scalable contracting processes, including templates, negotiation playbooks, and legal workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in good standing in the United States
• 4+ years of legal experience with a focus on commercial contracting, procurement, or complex capital projects (e.g., engineering, construction, or manufacturing)
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead complex commercial discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting or infrastructure
• Experience working in a large law firm or an in-house corporate environment
• Experience with global or cross-border procurement and trade compliance
• Experience building and implementing legal playbooks or contract administration processes
