Corporate Controller

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and completeness of the Company’s financial statements and underlying accounting records
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure disciplined execution and efficiency
• Oversee all core accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, and revenue accounting
• Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures
• Lead the annual financial audit and coordinate with external auditors
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting organization through hiring and coaching
• Partner with FP&A to align financial reporting with forecasts and management insights
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as aging, DSO, and cash collections to optimize working capital

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior experience in a controller role
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• Demonstrated ownership of the full close process, financials, and audit cycle
• Strong technical accounting skills with a deep understanding of current GAAP standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience in a multi-entity business environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
