Requirements

15+ years leadership experience, US GAAP expertise, Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, ERP experience (SAP preferred)

Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process
Lead the preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements
Manage external audit relationships and deliverables
Develop and review internal control policies for US-GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP compliance
Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on financial performance
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Procurement
Evaluate and lead financial systems initiatives and technology investments

15+ years of experience leading large teams in medium to large organizations
Proven ability to apply US GAAP principles and international entity consolidations
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Experience with modern ERP systems, preferably SAP
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Active or inactive CPA certification
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
