Corporate Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated communications program across the company, including internal and external communications planning.
• Implement regional employee communications plans to strengthen culture and engagement through strategic content.
• Manage media relations, agency partnerships, and executive thought leadership opportunities.
• Support business development, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures through strategic communication support.
• Oversee social media management, brand activation, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Draft high-quality scripts, speeches, press releases, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to amplify customer stories and generate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in communications.
• Proven end-to-end management experience in communications planning and execution.
• Experience managing relationships with media, bloggers, analysts, and government officials.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and creative storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools including social media, intranet, and analytical tools.
• Strong media relations portfolio and professional network.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with tight timelines.
