About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure to minimize operational disruption
- Lead rapid incident response and service restoration efforts for complex reporting systems
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware, software, and network issues
- Drive stability improvements through automation, capacity management, and resiliency enhancements
- Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
- Manage and mitigate risks in alignment with corporate governance and control standards
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to coordinate service recovery
- Tune monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerting to ensure proactive issue detection
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge bases for future reference
Requirements
- Proven experience in incident response and service restoration within a high-stakes environment
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and root cause analysis
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and performance scalability
- Proficiency in automation to reduce manual operational tasks
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple technical and business teams
- Experience managing or guiding technical direction as a subject matter expert
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving remediation of complex issues across a large-scale technology stack
- Ability to evaluate and enhance engineering processes and methodologies to increase efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising senior leadership
