Corporate Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized insurance services and risk advisory to corporate clients
• Manage corporate insurance policies and ensure optimal coverage at competitive prices
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
• Utilize underwriting market knowledge to secure appropriate insurance placement
• Interact daily with clients to design plans and resolve specific technical issues
• Identify opportunities to increase service value and shape practice area strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in corporate insurance policy management
• Proven experience in brokerage or technical underwriting for corporate clients
• Native Spanish speaker with high proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of the insurance market and technical insurance processes
