About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate insurance policy renewals and maintain accurate coverage records
  • Manage annual census data collection and compliance
  • Administer lease agreements, monitor expirations, and collaborate with landlords
  • Manage investor portal administration, communications, and reporting
  • Coordinate administration of the Employee Long Term Incentive Program
  • Maintain databases for compliance certifications and complete customs forms
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including filing and data entry
  • Collaborate with legal on corporate governance and contract administration via Ironclad
  • Redesign and implement Finance SharePoint filing system architecture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in an administrative or finance role
  • Experience with insurance, audit, or lease administration is a plus
