About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate insurance policy renewals and maintain accurate coverage records
- Manage annual census data collection and compliance
- Administer lease agreements, monitor expirations, and collaborate with landlords
- Manage investor portal administration, communications, and reporting
- Coordinate administration of the Employee Long Term Incentive Program
- Maintain databases for compliance certifications and complete customs forms
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including filing and data entry
- Collaborate with legal on corporate governance and contract administration via Ironclad
- Redesign and implement Finance SharePoint filing system architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in an administrative or finance role
- Experience with insurance, audit, or lease administration is a plus
