Corporate Business Development Manager Road Transport

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion of road transport products, including Groupage, LTL, and FTL services, across the CEE region.
• Empower local sales teams by providing the necessary strategy, tools, and support to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead critical negotiations with key accounts to build lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage the tender and RFQ process in close collaboration with sales and pricing teams to ensure competitive and strategic proposals.
• Blend strategic product management with principal key account development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business development experience within the freight-forwarding industry.
• Deep and nuanced expertise in the road transport business.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful growth strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win scenarios.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch strategic plans to C-level executives.
• Ability to command a room and inspire diverse stakeholders toward a unified direction.
