Corporate Business Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Define joint strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with product, engineering, and legal teams
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements from initial deal structure through launch and renewal
• Lead technical diligence and evaluate build/buy/partner options based on business analysis
• Establish operating rhythms including QBRs and steering committees to ensure accountability

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem management
• Proven success managing complex partnerships involving product integration and GTM execution
• Strong technical fluency and ability to lead cross-functionally across engineering and product teams
