Corporate Banking Summer Internship Program

Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Banking team in the origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of credit facilities and M&A-related financings
• Participate in the due diligence process by analyzing company filings, financial statements, and research reports
• Prepare internal credit presentations and documentation, including detailed written credit analyses and financial model assessments
• Collaborate with Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and Risk Management teams to assess deal structures and industry dynamics
• Support team members with portfolio management, administration, reporting, and pipeline management
• Use market-leading AI tools to enhance productivity, client insights, and risk analysis capabilities

Requirements

• Currently in your penultimate year of university study
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (or eligible to work in Australia)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A genuine interest in corporate finance and credit
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
