About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Corporate Banking team regarding client-agreed operations
- Manage client relations, including providing quotes and following up on operations and account statements
- Assist in the opening of contracts and perform various administrative tasks for the department
- Handle documentation and generate necessary reports
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, document management, and administrative support
- Proven experience in report generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of contracts and legal documentation
- Previous experience working within the banking sector
