Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to businesses
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise on corporate governance matters

- Serve as outside general counsel to owner-managed and growth-oriented businesses
Requirements
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Approximately five or more years of corporate experience
- Strong drafting skills
- Sound judgment
- Ability to work directly with clients
