Corporate Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage various components of corporate transactions both collaboratively and independently
• Handle sophisticated corporate matters including entity formation and governance
• Execute business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Support joint ventures and private placements

Requirements

• 3+ years of substantive corporate law experience
• Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
