Corporate Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated business transactions including mergers and acquisitions
• Manage private equity and venture capital transactions
• Advise clients on business buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counseling
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance
• Work closely with partners and clients across industries such as healthcare, insurance, software technology, and property management

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate law experience
• Proven experience with M&A, private equity, and venture capital
• Strong background in corporate governance
• Highly motivated and team-oriented professional
