Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and alternative entity practice work
- Execute various transactional legal matters
- Support the firm's corporate practice group in the Philadelphia office
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice
- Proven experience with transactional work
- Admission to the Pennsylvania (PA) or New York (NY) Bar
- Strong academic record
