Corporate Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel in corporate and/or alternative entity practice
• Manage matters involving Delaware LLCs, LPs, and other alternative entities
• Support client needs within the Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA offices

Requirements

• Delaware Bar Admission is required
• 4–8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate or alternative entity practice
• Proven experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs, and other alternative entities
• Strong academic record
