About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to increase the number of corporate and hospital insurance customers
- Provide information regarding hospital products and facilities to potential customers
- Collaborate with companies and insurance providers to secure corporate partnerships
- Maintain cooperative relationships with hospital customers to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and document promotional activities such as seminars and on-site events
- Collect and analyze monthly income data from partner companies for evaluation
- Implement quality and safety service procedures and maintain necessary documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills for contract and claims resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare management software, insurance billing systems, and CRM tools
- Ability to resolve complex issues related to insurance claims and account management
