Corporate Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policy and public affairs strategies in Brazil to create a favorable business environment.
• Support engagement with key stakeholders to expand access to innovations and enhance company reputation.
• Identify policy challenges and opportunities that impact the business.
• Advocate for better access to medicines and vaccines and for a favorable pharmaceutical industry operating environment.
• Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and events to convey organizational interests.
• Provide strategic insights and timely information to internal colleagues regarding political trends and policy developments.
• Develop internal and external materials, including briefing notes, position papers, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Politics, Public Affairs, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven track record in public affairs, policy, or access fields.
• Experience working within legislative or executive branches.
• Thorough knowledge of government and policymaking processes.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical business, HTA processes, and immunization programs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or policy.
• MBA degree.
• An established network to navigate the policy environment and deploy key initiatives.
