Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling using Ashby and Google Workspace
  • Assist with creating, posting, and maintaining job listings across multiple platforms
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Maintain a high-functioning office environment by managing supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Plan and host in-office events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
