Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling using Ashby and Google Workspace
- Assist with creating, posting, and maintaining job listings across multiple platforms
- Provide dedicated administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Maintain a high-functioning office environment by managing supplies, vendors, and facilities
- Plan and host in-office events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Ashby
- Passion for technology and AI
