Corporate Actions Process Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the identification, tracking, and processing of all corporate action events and dividends for the Retail Investment Platform
• Draft and maintain departmental procedures to ensure operational consistency
• Monitor the accuracy of corporate action and dividend inputs into the accounting system
• Manage the notification process for clients and advisers regarding voluntary corporate actions
• Assign tasks across the team and provide guidance and direction to Associates and Senior Associates
• Resolve queries arising from corporate actions and escalate issues when necessary
• Oversee the resolution of custody reconciliation breaks related to cash and stock dividend activity
• Participate in departmental projects and lead process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in global corporate actions at a supervisory or leadership level
• Possession of industry qualifications such as IAQ or IMC (or proof of grandfathering)
• Working knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, ETF, and Investment Trusts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an Investment Management environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead process enhancements and procedural improvements
