Corporate Actions Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for corporate actions and dividend processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead workflow management and validate accounting entries throughout the event lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with market deadlines and ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Support and guide team members while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external market providers.
• Manage client communications, instruction handling, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and departmental projects to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven corporate actions experience at a supervisory or leadership level.
• Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, ETFs, and investment trusts.
• IOC or IMC qualification, or currently working towards obtaining them.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
