Corporate Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure month-end close is completed within agreed timelines
• Prepare accurate, timely reports for the board and senior management to support strategic decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a focus on forecast precision
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management
• Handle multi-entity financial consolidation and reporting across business units
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Build dashboards and performance reports to track business health and financial trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization
• Proven ability to act as a business partner to operational teams
• Experience managing finance processes for multiple companies or entities simultaneously
