About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Work closely with foreign nationalities and group-level stakeholders to present financial data
- Implement and monitor internal controls and company policies
- Develop budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide profitability recommendations
- Manage local statutory requirements, tax filings, and Philippine regulations
Requirements
- CPA license holder
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial reporting, analysis, and controlling
- Excellent communication skills for working with international teams
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws and local compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- ERP experience is a plus
- Background in Shipping is a plus
