About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a robust pipeline and achieve sales objectives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles using a solution-based approach and the Land & Expand model.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, securing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals that articulate business value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with public cloud providers like AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in commercial software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets (Data Warehousing, BI, AI/ML, or Data Science).
  • Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models, including SaaS and hybrid solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs and IT leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling complex technical solutions with a focus on subscription-based models.
  • Knowledge of graph technology or advanced data management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
