About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Corporate Access to develop and execute corporate access strategy and client engagement plans
- Deliver proactive, high-touch corporate access coverage to institutional clients and internal partners
- Lead planning and execution for roadshows, industry conferences, panels, seminars, and private dinners
- Own end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and onsite execution
- Manage event calendars, budgets, and post-event reporting including ROI and feedback
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent branding across all event materials
- Support internal origination efforts by identifying high-impact event opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Access, institutional client engagement, or event strategy within financial services
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate access best practices and industry trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong relationship-building skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and external clients
- Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracts
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person events
