About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. We are a fully in-person team in San Jose (Santana Row) focused on redefining the infrastructure layer for the fastest growing industry in history.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack automation systems, including front-end, back-end, and data pipelines to eliminate manual workflows.
• Unify business intelligence by integrating metrics from GTM, production, talent, and legal ops into role-specific dashboards.
• Automate cross-functional workflows such as recruiter pipelines, offer risks, and production forecasting.
• Integrate disparate systems (Slack, CRM, HRIS, manufacturing tools) via APIs and middleware.
• Prioritize and ship complete, stable systems on fast timelines.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development skills with experience shipping end-to-end business applications.
• Experience integrating disparate systems and designing resilient automations.
• Ability to think like a business operator to understand how cross-functional workflows intersect with company strategy.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-impact systems quickly.
• High EQ and ability to partner effectively across functions.
