About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. We are a fully in-person team in San Jose (Santana Row) focused on redefining the infrastructure layer for the AI industry.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack automation systems, including front-end, back-end, and data pipelines to eliminate manual workflows.
• Unify business intelligence by integrating metrics from GTM, production, talent, and legal ops into role-specific dashboards.
• Automate cross-functional workflows through alerting and reporting systems for recruiter pipelines, contract tracking, and production forecasting.
• Integrate disparate systems and data sources via APIs and middleware to ensure real-time visibility.
• Prioritize and ship complete, stable systems on fast timelines.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development skills with experience shipping end-to-end business applications.
• Experience integrating disparate systems and designing resilient automations.
• Ability to understand how business workflows (GTM, production, talent, legal) intersect with company strategy.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-impact systems quickly.
• High EQ and ability to partner effectively across functions.
