Core Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) balancing lagging and leading indicators
• Identify and communicate trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions
• Design, develop, and automate a set of reports ranging from executive summaries to technical investigations
• Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards for critical business metrics
• Design and implement custom software tools and applications to optimize V&V workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software solution development and architecture
• Advanced experience in data collection, processing, and interpretation of large datasets
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel
• Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Familiarity with reporting software and ability to write scripts for automation
• Experience in Software Testing, V&V, or Program Management environments is highly valued
• Background in data modeling and defining performance metrics from scratch
