Core Product Trainer (Customer)

Responsibilities

• Develop formal training modules for the existing Ishida product range and new developments
• Deliver technical training modules to satisfy specific customer requirements
• Conduct assessments following training sessions and issue certifications
• Maintain accurate training records and databases in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Plan and organize promotions to increase the sale of training services
• Ensure safe working practices are understood and implemented during training
• Travel to various destinations at short notice to deliver training on-site

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of technical and engineering products
• Extensive expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Experience in field service engineering, including machine installation, fault finding, and repair
• Demonstrable experience within the food, engineering, or manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in training delivery to both machine operators and maintenance engineers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information
• Ability to work as a personable, confident, and results-focused team player
