Core Ops Intern

About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of high-priority, high-scope projects to ensure measurable outcomes
• Assist in preparing strategic insights and actionable recommendations through rigorous data analysis
• Work cross-functionally between the executive team and departments to track progress
• Work with leadership to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Progress in a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
• Previous internship experience in high-ownership, high-pressure startup environments
• Ability to support multiple concurrent high-impact projects
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
• Ability to synthesize information, create presentations, and parse complex data
