Core Operations Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review transactions on a case-by-case basis to identify and escalate suspicious activity
• Identify and report unusual transactions in accordance with corporate policy and regulatory guidelines
• Ensure all transactions are actioned by established deadlines
• Adhere to corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in self-testing and related audit requirements
• Utilize various system applications including MCH, IBS, and Fircosoft
• Support team initiatives and assist in the training and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly reports to meet internal standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with AML exposure
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and a risk-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain flexibility for rotational weekend work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SWIFT messaging
• Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA) skills
