CORE IT Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for manufacturing engineering solutions, from conception and design to industrialization and retirement.
• Define product and service strategies and translate the product vision into a prioritized backlog in alignment with business owners.
• Establish a two-way dialogue to translate business needs against technical and resource constraints.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business priority, resource availability, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate change management activities, including application maintenance and support.
• Ensure the availability and consistency of Service Desk guides and organize end-user support.
• Manage subcontractors within the framework of the support process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Information Systems and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering solutions such as DELMIA (v5/v6) and 3D-Experience.
• Proficiency in Agile work processes (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructures, architectures, and operating systems (Windows, Unix/AIX, Linux).
• Experience with Java, Oracle SQL, and basic programming skills.
• Strong project management and software requirement management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lean processes.
• Experience in Business Intelligence (Reports & Dashboards).
