Core Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based architectures and workflows
• Build and scale high-performance cloud SaaS systems across backend and frontend
• Turn product and customer requirements into production-ready solutions
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Occasionally interact with customers to clarify needs and ensure successful delivery
• Continuously improve code quality and engineering standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in cloud SaaS applications
• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
• OR a recent Master’s graduate from a top university (TUM, Oxford, Ivy League, ETH, KIT, etc.) with hands-on development experience
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Ability to think end-to-end from system design to implementation
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
