About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble pressure plates and process all aspects of manufacturing service generator cores
- Perform fitting and assembly operations to build complete cores
- Torque and tension bolts and hardware per drawings
- Set up and operate robots
- Clean and detail cores
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 4+ years of industrial-mechanical experience preferred
- Proficiency with shop tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches
- Ability to lift and move 50 lb. materials
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Ability to obtain fork truck and crane licenses
- Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status required
- Ability to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests
