About the role

Responsibilities

Supervise daily coral husbandry, co-culture, and fish husbandry operations
Implement advanced coral restoration techniques including sexual and asexual reproduction
Manage coral nursery operations and maintain high standards of animal welfare
Monitor coral health, diagnose diseases, and implement corrective actions
Supervise husbandry technicians and ensure compliance with quality standards
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production documentation
Monitor aquatic life support systems, water quality, and environmental conditions
Participate in diving operations for coral monitoring and maintenance
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marine Biology, Marine Science, Aquaculture, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in coral husbandry
Expertise in coral sexual reproduction and propagation
Experience in fish husbandry and aquaculture operations
Proven experience supervising technical teams in marine or aquarium environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Willingness to relocate to a remote project location and participate in diving activities
